- The utility might be some home written program to issue MVS commands from within batch jobs, the TSO CONSOLE command or SDSF batch utility. All of these have differen security needs. - Setup either rsh or rexec daemons on z/OS and allow the remote user to send commands. Install the oeconsol utility and permit the user it. All of these require a TCP/IP connection into z/OS.
