Maybe you didn't check the right place.    There is a NFS bookshelf with
one book.  Here is a link to the 1.8 version, but beware that there
were some changes in 1.8 and you need to look at the proper manual
for your release.   You may also need to look at the Unix System Services
bookshelf as well as the Communications Server bookshelf.
