>From my perspective , there isnt a Shortage of Mainframe Systems People. Companies today simply do NOT want to pay for the expertise. Most Sys-Progs I know are not Just specializing in CICS or Z/OS or RACF. The Companise I have seen want multiple skill sets and DO NOT WANT TO PAY for That Knowledge Base. My 2 cents
