The company that they are working for is IBM. The company that you would be working at would be IBM and the company that you would be doing the work for is IBM. But your paycheck would be coming through the recruiter's company... minus their cut off the top. (Presumably some of that cut would be paying for a fresh copy of William Strunk & E.B.
