We've had to delay applying this maintenance until the end of August 
because of applications requirements.  Our work-around was to remove all 
our catalogs from ECS until then.  But this sounds to me like I'm still at 
risk for this problem even though we're no longer using ECS.  If that's 
true, I'm not comfortable waiting until the end of August and I think I'm 
going to get the priority on this bumped up.
