Hum, when you say OMVS, do you mean the TSO OMVS command? If so, why not allow your users to have a direct z/OS UNIX shell? It is not difficult to set up. And things work more the way that Linux people are used to. Having to log onto TSO in order to get a UNIX command line is not very intuitive.
