Hi Kenny, IBM has some very nice samples you can use included all you need is DB2 and RACF.
SYS1.SAMPLIB(RACDBULD) SYS1.SAMPLIB(RACDBUQR) SYS1.SAMPLIB(RACDBUTB) RACF-L is generally a better list for RACF questions but you get good feedback on IBM-MAIN too. The RACF-L Discussion List Customers and IBM participants may also discuss RACF on the RACF-L discussion list. RACF-L is not operated or sponsored by IBM, but is run by the University of Georgia. Thanks, Sam -----Original Message----- From: IBM Mainframe Discussion List [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Kenny Fogarty I'm not sure if this list is the correct medium for this query, but here goes. A few years ago, I worked at a site which had their entire RACF database dumped regularly (once a night perhaps) to DB2. With the data in place in DB2, it was easy enough for users to construct queries which showed which userids were connected to what RACF group, dataset access per user/group, dataset profiles and so on. The one thing I don't know is whether this was done via a third party add on product, by RACF itself, or if it was something developed in house. Does anyone know of a product, from IBM, or elsewhere, which allows RACF/DB2 interfacing? Thanks in advance. -- Cheers, Kenny ==================== This email/fax message is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential and privileged information.
