That's news to me since I have code that uses more than 3.  I thought the 
limit was 10 but I'm pretty sure the limit was changed to 16 sometime 
either in OS/390 R9 or OS/390 R10.  I'm too busy (lazy?) catching up from
being out of the office for a few days right now or I would look.
