Yes, we definitely did get that signed.  We will shortly have a new IPLA
product. We have CIMS as our chargeback software.  IBM purchased CIMS
near the end of last year and I understand we will soon be singing a new
agreement with IBM for it under the IPLA pricing algorithm.
