There are some rexx execs that looks for the model, MSU and MIPSage by doing
CB scan. I used to have one, I'll try to find it. But of course you have the
charts from IBM and others.

It sounds like you are very new to the mainframe z/OS environment.  I would
think an easy way to find out physical memory and CPU MIPS would be to ask
whoever you bought the machine from.  If you got it from IBM, ask your
marketing rep.  If you got it elsewhere, I'm sure they also have that
information.

By the way, IBMUSER is not a privilege, but a TSO Userid that comes with the
IBM Serverpac.  I believe it has authority to do just about anything as
delivered, which makes it a good thing to disable for security reasons,
especially if you haven't changed the default password.
