You should normally add all of your applid's to the TPX ACT table. There are options in the TPX command authorization class panels that determine whether TPX users can activate sessions dynamically (the "A" command). If dynamic sessions are allowed the user can activate sessions that have not been predefined in the ACT and user profiles. Hopefully that ability is only permitted to the "power" users in your organization. For the normal user they should only be allowed to activate sessions that are defined in the ACT and allowed by their TPX profile.
