AFAIK, the JNI libraries that are *part* of the SDK are probably zAAP eligible. There might be exceptions ... I really don't know. Like I said, for a "policy" on what is and what is not, you would have to contact IBM. IBM does not disclose the technical bits about what makes a JNI library zAAP eligible, for obvious reasons.
