Johnny The first paper was presented at CMG in 1995. To the best of my knowledge, CMG does not have softcopy of papers before 1997 (the last ten years). You might find someone that attended the conference in 1995 and still has the paper copy of the proceedings. I do not still have my copy of the proceedings.
Your best avenue to get the papers might be to track down Bernard R. Pierce. I can not find him as a current member of CMG.
