is busted. This is the website that I usually use to find both Book
Manager and .pdf copies of IBM z/OS manuals. If you key in a seach
algorithm and click on the FIND button, you go into never-never-land.
It worked last week, but starting this Monday, it's busted. Tried
calling IBM-SERV last evening and no one there could even help me to
report an incident, and I had to finally insist on talking to the Duty
Manager to open a problem record.

Everyone seems to do this a little differently. I usually
start with:
http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/zos/bkserv/
and select the z/OS Elements and Features publications link
of Book for the latest release; this leads to a page that
has links to the z/OS V1Rn elements and features bookshelf,
then select List [all books]
Hope this helps.
