IBMLink down?

[Pinnacle]

I can't get to IBMLink.  Cleared cache 4 times, rebooted, still no joy at 
www.ibm.com/ibmlink.  Called the Help Desk and they say they're working, so 
they won't open a ticket.  Anybody else having problems?
