I have just downloaded both the 31 and 64 bit versions of Java 6 for
z/OS. I now want to create a zFS file to contain both. I will mount it
at /usr/lpp/jdk160 (to go along with my jdk142 and jdk150
subdirectories). Once created, this will be mounted READ ONLY. I want to
make this file as small as possible. Anybody got any ideas? So far, all
that I've thought of is to unwind the PAX file on my PC and do a "du -k"
on the subdirectories to see how big they are. Do you think this will
work?
