As someone stated earlier, CA support has a new URL. This related to an inability to access the original one. I asked CA Lev1 about it and the original (SupportConnect) is being replace. I kind of liked the digital certificates but too bad...
CA info: CA's new support site, CA Support Online, starts on July 7. The new site, which replaces SupportConnect, will not support the use of digital certificates, so we are now suspending digital certificate registrations and renewals. You will need to use a user ID and password to access SupportConnect and the new CA Support Online. Your user ID is your email address.
