John, Are you talking about stuff on the Internet? At the bottom of every ibm.com page there should be a Contact link. Click on that, then click on the E-mail link. Fill out the form as best you can and please include the Web address you're complaining about.
I've had very good results getting stuff corrected or updated this way. You'll get a "level 1" sort of semi-automatic response initially, but each page has an "owner" who will eventually receive your complaint, and usually you'll get a personal response and be able to follow-up with that person. - - - - - Timothy Sipples IBM Consulting Enterprise Software Architect Specializing in Software Architectures Related to System z Based in Tokyo, Serving IBM Japan and IBM Asia-Pacific E-Mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
