But seriously: it strongly depends. You cannot say any reasonable answer
without providing many details. BTDT.
You should consider the following:
- is it peak, or night, or everytime
- kind of CPU (z9 is stronger than z/900)
- software fees
- pricing model
- h/w costs
- h/w maintenance costs
etc.
Last but not least: when you add some workload and it increases CPU
consupmtion by 0.5% it could mena your WLC fees will increase (it is NOT
linear, so it may or may not be 0.5%), but maybe this is last 0.5% which
causes need to purchase next CP. You cannot buy fraction of CP.
