I'm sending big prayers for your strength in combatting the smoking
urge. From 
my experience, the toughest part is about a month out. Hang in there.
It's 
worth it. I'm also praying you're spared the urge to sneeze for the
foreseeable 
future. I broke some ribs once. Coughs hurt, but a sneeze will push you
to the 
threshhold of passing out. It's good to read you're in good spirits and 
recovering well.
