True, but if that wasn't done you won't see much besides the job number
when you do get the dialogue to let you look.  You won't know if the job
succeeded or even if it ran.

You could also review the JCL but you won't know if what you are looking
at is what was actually submitted.

Only if you take overt action to get them in there (using the "O" /
output
command).
