The only problem I had was the JES exit changes required. If I recall correctly, Exit 2 functionality was split into Exit 2 and Exit 52. We got bit by the OSA segmentation offload too, but that was pretty early in our checkout so we fixed it and moved on. But I seem to recall a firmware refresh fixing this - Config OSA off/on.
