I also remember some issues with the consoles.  We use BMC's Control-O to 
perform system commands and retrieve messages but because of the console 
changes, the software would not work properly.
I believe we had to tweak the settings in the application's parms in order to 
get it to work.

Although it is documented, there was the switch from the HSM ARCCMD00 
parmlib settings:
AUTH USERXXX  DATABASEAUTHORITY(CONTROL)
to use RACF authority as well.

There was at least one other thing but since it was several years ago, it 
escapes my memory.  If I remember I'll re-post.
