Similar, but not the same in respect to this discussion. LNKLST (and any other loadlib) can be set up with EXECUTE access only. That still
allows one to use it but they can't read the contents or copy it.

That sounds like a good enhancement idea, Mark! It could be extremely useful to allow a program using IEFPRMLB to access members from PARMLIB without requiring READ access to every library in the concatenation. Case in point: I believe it would solve this IPCS access issue we have been discussing!
