If you do an ipcs verbx srmdata command on a dump, you'll see that the old controls from IPS are all still there. SRM still uses them (or most of them), the external control has just shifted to the WLM policy. Given that it is still possible (AFAIK) to come up with a 'default' WLM policy (i.e. no policy at all), those IPS values take effect. And they aren't too bad, either!
