J. Chiampi can also go to docs.hp.com for Nonstop information. From what I remember SCOBOL was part of the Pathway/TS (CICS-like) product, it had screen handling capabilities. NonStop COBOL was COBOL-85, from what I remember.
No JCL on Tandem, they had TACL(Tandem Application Control Language) more like Unix Scripts.
