In addition to SDSF, as others have mentioned, you could write your own
application / Clist / REXX Exec using either the standard external SYSOUT
writer procedure or the TSO "OUTPUT" command.

On the other hand, if you have money to spend, you can also look for
software to buy. There are applications out there on the market that have
already "invented that wheel" for you. These applications generally are
called SYSOUT Archivers. Products from Companies like CA or MacKinney
Systems come to mind, but there are a few others, too. 
And a search of the CBTTAPE might also locate something you could use.
