Ok, time for a stupid question..Below is a snip from a dump of  a cobol
calling an assembler subroutine. Both programs worked in 

z/OS 1.6 and we migrated to z/OS 1.9.

What caught my eye was the negative offset of IGZCFCC ....

 

Anybody have any ideas..btw the Assembler is AMODE 31, RMODE ANY
