I would advise going back to both product vendors and encourage them to either :
(1) Supply their IEFACTRT exits using their own product prefix on the module name (eg XYZACTRT) and then have code within their product to perform the required CSVDYNEX steps to install it (2) Supply instructions on how to install their IEFACTRT exit alongside existing ISV or site IEFACTRT exits.
