You should buy software program called IBM Encryption Facility with
additional feature for DSS.
Additionally you should have enabled HW feature called CPACF DES/TDES
enablement.
If you want to use secure key then you need to buy CEX2C crypto cards,
at least 2 of them . More precisely: 2 *mainframe* cards, each contains
2 PCI-X cards inside.
