George: I went back into Hummingbird and re-read the Help topics. I thought it was telling me that the 3270 Interface was EXTRA! - but it was explaining that it can convert EXTRA! at the level where you are to Hummingbird's Exceed.
Sorry for the confusion -- I actually use QWS3270 because it has a much smaller footprint, and excellent support. Meanwhile, I went to Attachmate's web site and your level of Extra is out of support.
