It looks to me like it's an ICKDSF command, not an MVS system command. You
should check your ICKDSF commands:

Subject: how to find the LSS number for a D/T2107

I know that I'm overlooking the obvious but how can I find the LSS number 
for a ESTPAIR command. The manual say to do 'CONTROL CONFIGURE(DISPLAY)' 
but that doesn't seem to be an MVS command, other than a console command. 
The DS command seems to provide most of the other info but not the LSS.
