For more sophisticated uses (e.g., graphics, explicit partitions) I also use Blue Zone (www.bluezonesoftware.com). But I have a vested interest in it - I was one of the beta testers of the first version.
Both packages have a 30-day free trial. I've also worked with other packages, and found most of them lacking in features or ease of use and configuration.
