that's the advantage of a shared OSC-channel, coding UNIT=OSC for the CU and
UNIT=3270,MODEL=X for the IODEVICE.

AFAIK normally you can't share the same address of a 3174-CU over all LPARs.
And yes, define i.e. 100 as your NIP-console and 101, 102 as MCS-consoles
(if you need 2 MCS-consoles) for every LPAR.

Configure your TN3270E-emualation to the OSC-channels IP-address and let the
LU-name (defined via OSA advanced facilities in your CEC) decide what device
in what LPAR to use ...
