Except that the CPU service units used in controlling resource groups are the hardware service units. I believe that the original poster wants to define based on the software MSUs used for sub-capacity pricing. It just appears to me that he's trying to control software costs. That's just a guess since it wasn't specified. As of right now one cannot define resource groups in terms of software MSUs.
