Off the top of my head, I am not able to think of any way to get definitive TIOT usage. You should be able to estimate it from the type 14/15 records or from the EXCP section of the type 30 record. You can certainly get which jobs are the biggest that way, giving you an opportunity to look at them or test them individually.
