Bob, I agree if it were just the FREE ALL I was concerned with. We have some pretty zealous programmers here, and it would not surprise me to see them reallocate SYSPROC/SYSEXEC more to their liking than ours.

Years ago I sent inordinate time trying to protect things like this. Educate your users and encourage them to be productive. Show them the advantage of using ALTLIB.
