So what does SVC FLIH do when you execute SVC 50 while disabled holding a lock 
and in SRB mode?  I never tried that, but it doesn't sound doable.

I added entries to system trace once by loading almost all 16 registers with 
useful stuff and then doing the TRACE instruction.

I would bet the 1971 FE handbook had it right; i.e., a NOP.  But why you would 
need an SVC to do that is beyond me.
