Go to a viewing menu and select ACCESS OPTIONS = T and hit enter. If you are using topic indexing you will get a list of available topic items.
IIRC when we first started using topics that was when we had region issues. Could also be volume related if your 'sweep' job is processing many output jobs (not necessarily large output, just a lot of them). Another possibility (assuming this is an intermittent issue) is fragmented storage in the initiator.
