I can't think of any reason why this would'nt work for TCP/IP traffic. Just a few route statements in OMPROUTE or the TCPIP profile. It would also work for VTAM traffic if you have implemented Enterprise Extender. Without Enterprise Extender, you cannot use Hypersockets for VTAM xDomain or APPN traffic.
GRS/XCF traffic cannot be routed over Hypersockets. AFAIK, this traffic requires a CTC or a CF. HTH, <snip> We would like to configure the linkage between two LPARs and Hipersockets.
