We were in an older building that hadn't originally been designed to hold computer equipment. You'd better believe that every time something was added to the data center the floor loading was verified by an architecture team. We certainly didn't want the mainframes and disk drives ending up in our laps. That would not have made for a beautiful day in the neighborhood.
