Cross-posted to Linux-390, IBMVM, and IBM-MAIN: Novell has a new requirements portal. If customers would like to give input in the upcoming releases of Novell products then they should go to http://www.novell.com/rms This new requirements system allows Product Management, engineering and marketing to review requests from Novell customers for enhancements and new features to products. Even better, the new system allows the person entering the requirements to track what is happening with a specific requirement and who is reviewing the request at Novell. Note that RMS is NOT bugzilla or a bug tracking system.
The portal is also available from http://support.novell.com/ On the left side of the page, hover your mouse over Contribute, and then when the sub-menu appears, select Request Enhancement. Note that you need to sign in with your Novell Customer Center userid and password to use the RMS. NCC accounts are no cost, as always.
