I see this with IE6, but in only a very few posts, and usually in multiple posts from the same person. I think it must be a combination of what created it and what is used to view it. I say this recently (last week?) in a couple postings. If I can find them I'll see what they look like with Firefox 3.something. (But the chances of my finding those postings is pretty remote.)
