I simply cannot see how IBM or any other ISV's will not challenge this. It clearly is not what IBM intended, and other ISV's could lose revenue if customers buy specialty engines, and reduce GP's. Or worse yet, ISV's will just start charging you for capacity based on ZxxP's along with GP's, thereby nullifying the benefit of ZxxP's.
