This is very unlikely to be an IBM system dataspace - my guess is that you have 
some ISV software that is hanging a dataspace off of a TCB in ASID 1 to ensure 
that it persists after ISV server abnormal termination.

Try dumping the contents of the dataspace and taking a look using IPCS to see 
if you find any eye-catchers or clues to the software owner.
