Not actually. What we are wanting to see is the directory up level. Try cd /ps cd /ps/cs90ftp cd /ps/cs90ftp/conversion_files cd /ps/cs90ftp/conversion_files/CC cd /ps/cs90ftp/conversion_files/CC/extract dir
What I would suspect is that somewhere along the way something does not exist or you do not have the required access.
