To me, this implies that you've changed the CDS name.  If this is 
the case, I'd swap the active configuration to the new CDS name & then 
activate the new configuration.

I had to change my SYSNAME and now when I start SMS the system is asking 
for the COMMDS data set name.

I changed the SYSNAME in the CDS BASE, I activated the CDS and got the 
message:   ACTIVATION SCHEDULED.

But the system still does not accept the name of the COMMDS.

What am I not doing?
