Hi Dana! How's it been going?

I am going through a v11-> v13 upgrade myself. Over the years I've gotten a
little more accustomed to using the Serverpac dialogs and have gotten somewhat
of a procedure down. I'm no expert by any means but might be able to help in
some ways. Being I do the release skip I have to retrain myself each time it
seems. :)

Let me know if the responses given were enough information for you.

Hope things are going well for you,
