The SRM Constants are not changed with HiperDispatch parking and unparking engines. Just as the Announced Software MSUs do not change on a physical machine regardless of it's LPAR configuration. Chargeback is getting harder, as the user whose see variability in their charges (if based on HW or SW Service Units) does not really have any control over the Service Units. That is controlled by whomever sets up WLM and how WLM, z/OS, and PR/SM manage each machine.
