Does anybody have an announcement or other document that I can cite for "The source code is covered by a non-disclosure agreement or a license that allows, for example, study and modification, but not redistribution." in the wikipedia article [[Proprietary software]] to document IBM's licensed terms for the optional source code of a program product. It doesn't matter which product, but it would be nice if the document were publicly available online. Thanks.
